Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from your dashboard, and the change takes effect immediately with increased scan limits. Downgrades will take effect at your next billing cycle to ensure you get full value from your current plan.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until your current billing period ends. You'll continue to have full access to your API keys and monthly scan limit until the expiration date. After that, your account will revert to the free tier (web-only access).
API scans will be blocked once you reach your monthly quota. You can upgrade to a higher tier immediately, or wait until the next month when your quota automatically resets. The free web interface remains available with no limits.
No, we only store anonymized scan statistics (component count, EOL count, etc.). Your actual SBOM content is processed in memory and never persisted to disk or databases.
